labs for today (Tue 8/2/11) and Thu 10/2/11) would be postponed. Feel free to use the cyto labs if you guys want to do a review on the slides. Just make sure that you do inform the lab staff first. As for the free time, you guys need to do an individual assignment and submit it on 15 of feb. 2011. It will consist of 5% carrier marks which are taken from the total 15% mid-sem test carrier mark. Mid-sem test carrier marks are now reduced to 10%.
For the assignment, you are required to answer all these questions, typed with font Arial 11, single spacing.
1. Describe the uses, components and preparation of:
a. Harris Haematoxylin
b. Orange G6
c. Modified EA
2. Explain the Papanicolaou stain methods.
